Enjoy some of the finest cooking in the region at the Queens Head Inn, a good food pub restaurant where we endeavour to use fresh, seasonal produce with traceable provenance to produce an excellent dining experience. Our a la carte menu feature timeless pub classics and we feature seasonal chefs specials on the blackboards including a great selection of excellent 28 day aged British beef steaks from Owen Taylors of Derbyshire.
Awarded an AA Rosette for culinary excellence since 2010 this pub restaurant is developing an excellent reputation as one of the places to eat in Northamptonshire and the Peterborough area. The restaurant is open every day serving our seasonal menu as well Chefs Specials on the black boards. At lunchtimes we also offer a pub menu with sandwiches, salads and lighter meals suitable for senior citizens.
Monday to Saturday from 12 to 2.30pm for lunch & 6pm to 9pm for dinner
Sundays - Main Course roast lunch £12.50 per person. We serve two roasts including beef every week & specials and Classics from the a la carte menu from 12 pm to 4pm. The bar is open from 12 pm to 9pm.
Children
Well behaved children are always welcome and we have a menu for under 12's. Any children with larger appetites can of course eat off the full A la Carte menu. On Sunday's we offer half size portions of the Roasts for their main course.

Drinking at the Queens Head Inn
At the heart of the Queens Head is a 200 year old traditional inn, with many original features such as log fires and open beams, providing comfort, warm hospitality, excellent food, real ales, beers and wine from around the world to its many customers from Nassington, the surrounding villages and beyond.
We feature Green King IPA plus guest ales from Oakham Brewery, Nene Valley Brewery and others. Wines by the glass and bottle.
