Whether it is for a Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary or simply because you want to treat someone our Gift Vouchers are the perfect way to show someone you care.

To purchase a gift voucher just decide what you want to purchase and follow the steps below

1. Choose your the type of voucher you want to purchase:

General Gift Voucher
Starting from £20, with no maximum value, gift vouchers can be created for any value of your choice. These can be redeemed against any Leisure Breaks, meals & beverage or other services at the Queens Head. 

Short Breaks & Accommodation
Choose from any of our current short breaks or special offers including Rambling, Fishing, Steak Lovers Getaway or Burghley House Breaks. 

Afternoon Tea - Treat someone to an Afternoon Tea gift voucher - see our current selection of afternoon tea's and prices.

2. Email gifts@completehotels.co.uk with the details of your chosen voucher, any 
message you want included on the voucher and whether you want the voucher delivered 
by post or email. If by post please include full name, address & post code. 
Postage will be charged at £4.00.When we receive your request we will send you an email confirmation 
with payment instructions from Paypal.

3. You will need to follow the payment instructions in the email & make payment for the vouchers using the secure paypal system. Paypal accept all major credit cards. 
(Please note you do NOT need a paypal account to make a payment)

4. Once payment has been made and we have been notified by paypal we will 
either email or post your vouchers within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions
All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, can only be redeemed against purchases and have no cash value. No change will be given if the voucher is redeemed for goods of a lower value. All goods, services and hotel breaks are 
subject to availability and early booking is recommended.
